The mission of Wellness Based Therapy is to assist people in finding a balanced, meaningful life. The focus of this therapy is an integrated wellness approach that utilizes talk therapy as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, TRM (Trauma Resiliency Model), Yoga, Mindfulness Techniques, Body Awareness and Self-Regulation, Analyzing Stressors and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques.
